Background
Anh Nguyen is from
Atlanta, Georgia where she received a
B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with
Highest Honors from Georgia Institute of
Technology. While at Georgia Tech, Anh
worked in a biomaterials and tissue
engineering laboratory for Professor
Yadong Wang. Her research focused on
developing a biocompatible cationic
polymer for the controlled release of
growth factors to promote angiogenesis.
Anh is now working in Dr. Nicholas
Peppas’ lab on oral drug delivery of
cancer therapeutics from engineered
nanoparticle carriers.
