Engagement Events

The following engagement events are available for industry partners based on their partnership level.

All partnership levels include:

  • Email invitation to grad students and postdocs showcasing your company logo and career site link
  • Graduate Leadership Council (GLC) social media invite post displaying your company logo and career site link, tagging your company’s social media accounts
  • Reminder email and social media post on the day of the event
  • Charitable tax deduction

Networking Social Event

Partnership Level: $1,000; 5-10 company reps to host | 2-hour networking event in an informal setting.

Company reps may offer an informal presentation or info session. Venue reservations, food and drinks arranged by GLC.

Roundtable Lunch or Dinner

Partnership Level: $500; 1-4 company reps to host | An intimate group (5-10) gathering during a 1-2 hour meal.

Company representatives network, chat and answer questions in a casual environment. Venue reservations, food and drinks arranged by GLC.

In-Person Info Session

Partnership Level: $500; 1-2 company reps to host | 1-hour in-person presentation.

Focus on technical topics or highlight your company’s technology and how potential new hires would make an impact working for your company. Room reservations, snacks and refreshments arranged by GLC.

Virtual Info Session

Partnership Level: $300; 1-2 company reps to host virtually | 1-hour virtual presentation focused on technical topics or your company’s technology and how new hires would make an impact working for your company.

Room reservations arranged by GLC for attendees to meet in person while participating in the virtual presentation. Snacks and refreshments arranged by GLC.
