The Center for Next Generation Photovoltaics (PVs) between Colorado State University and The University of Texas at Austin is doing research to make PV electricity a major source of energy. Focused on the development of PV devices with unprecedented low-cost and high efficiency, the research in the Center involves new PV materials, processing strategies and device structures.
To find out more about the ongoing research within the center, please see our Research page for a more in-depth look.
The Center is funded by the National Science Foundation through its Industry/University Cooperative Research Center (I/UCRC) program and the Center's associated Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) member companies.

Interested in joining the Center? Member information, including the sample Membership Agreement and the CDA required to attend an industrial advisory board meeting, is provided on our Membership Information page.
