The CD that was mailed to the 1999 ICOM attendees in early January 2000 was found to have been improperly replicated at the production house. The result is that the CD will not work with the latest release of the Mac operating system 8.5 and above (using Apple CD/DVD driver). If you have a Mac please send an email with a mailing address to Vonda Totten at nams@che.utexas.edu. You will be sent a replacement CD once they are produced (by mid February).
The CD will function properly on the Windows platform. Please do not request a replacement unless you have a Mac system.

A few changes were made to the CD after the Readme.pdf and Instructions.pdf were created. The instructions refer to a single index file named ?Index.pdx? that does not exist on the CD. Instead, this single index was subsequently converted to four separate indexes:
Use these indexes in place of the missing ?Index.pdx? file. This information is correctly covered in the first section of the Instructions.pdf document but is incorrect in the ?Detailed Instructions? section.
