The UT Purchasing Department needs to have all documentation for any state contract order (PB7/PB8) or purchase orders (PB4) over $5,000 (sole source) no later than August 12th. Orders not submitted to UT Purchasing by deadline will need to be created on 2011-2012 purchase order document.
