The Graduate Engineering Council (GEC) is pleased to present a seminar to better prepare doctoral students to compete for faculty positions. The GEC will continue to host a seminar each month that will focus on a different aspect of the faculty recruitment process.
This first seminar will focus on salary and start-up package negotiation. The featured faculty speakers will be Dr. Raissa Ferron, Assistant Professor, Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering and Dr. Gerald Speitel, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
