Parking: Guests should park in the Sheraton garage and then pick up a pass at the registration table to validate their parking.
Drinks Reception
Time: 06:00 p.m.-07:00 p.m. (we welcome dinner guests to arrive early to enjoy a drink and mingle with faculty arriving at 06:00 p.m.)

Menu: Iceberg wedge salad with bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, champagne vinaigrette and bleu cheese dressing (set menu); boneless beef ribs with spinach mashed potatoes, natural jus or mahi mahi with mango salsa, tri-color orzo (pre-selected options in the RSVP) with rolls; vanilla bean mousse parfait with sugar cookie crumbles and whipped cream or chocolate decadence cake with berry coulis (set menu, alternating desserts at each setting)
*Red and white wine will be offered with dinner

Location: All of Friday’s activities will take place in the McKetta Study Hall (room 2.712) or Conference Room 2.802F in the Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Building (CPE) at 200 East Dean Keeton Blvd
Breakfast
Time: 07:45 a.m.-08:15 a.m.
Campus parking: Parking is available in the Speedway Garage, half a block north of CPE (enter on Speedway). Push the button to receive a ticket and bring it in so we can validate your parking if needed. *If the lighted sign at the entrance reads ‘Card Access Only’ (small yellow box), the garage is full. Alternative parking, within walking distance, is in the 27th Street Garage or San Jacinto Garage.
Getting to CPE: From Speedway Garage, walk down Speedway towards Dean Keeton (south) and the CPE building will be on the left side of the street. You will see a large orange sculpture on the CPE front lawn; the main entrance to the building is closer towards the next building over (mechanical engineering) with two glass doors marked “The John McKetta Center for Excellence in Chemical Engineering”. Once inside, walk past the elevators, through the wooden door and turn left, the McKetta Study Hall is down the hall on the left. Signs will be posted.
